These four automatic cutting machines operate with the roughest blanks and raw materials to provide a cutting capacity of up to 40,000 pieces per day.
We have two different-sized CNC workshops available for the processing of the body of solenoid valves.
The large CNC machining workshop includes 68 numerically controlled lathes, which we use to handle the body of medium or large sized valves.
The small CNC workshop is equipped with 24 fully automated machine tools to conduct automatic feeding, clamping and cutting procedures.
Each operator is required to manage 6 equipment pieces for the production of the internal components of the valves.
The metalworking workshop incorporates 7 automatic CNC drilling machines, which we use to drill four holes into each valve cover, and the valve body which is made of copper or stainless steel upon request.
The drilling and beveling of the four holes is accomplished in one run.
There are three TIG welding machines available for the automatic welding of the plunger of each solenoid valve.
This will result in precise and clean welds and ensure the tensile strength and gas compatibility of our products to meet your exact requirements.
The membrane is automatically cut by our laser cutting machine.
This machine can be programmed via computer control to achieve an ultra high efficiency and considerable material savings.
We are testing the large valve to see if its air tightness can meet the industry related standard at a pressure of 2MPa.
Our solenoid valve production process begins with hot-forged copper blanks. Before you receive the product, these blanks must undergo various working procedures such as precision machining, assembly and inspection.
Automatic Cutting Machine
Every one of the cutting machines can automatically cut 20,000 rod parts each day. We invest in 4 automatic cutting machines that offer a production capacity of 80,000 valve components in one day.
Small CNC Machining Workshop
In this small CNC workshop, we use 24 automated machine tools to conduct high-precision machining on all kinds of small valve components. Each operator is able to manage 6 CNC machines, thus resulting in high efficiency and reduced production cost.
Large CNC Machining Workshop
We have 68 diverse CNC equipment sets available for the processing of small, medium and large-sized valves.
The medium-sized valve’s stainless steel body and brass component are being machined by this CNC automatic lathe.
Automatic Drilling Machine
In this workshop, we use 7 automatic drilling machines to drill multiple holes into each valve cover. The processed valve body can be made of copper or stainless steel. Holes on the valve cover are positioned in a single run to ensure a high level of precision. The drilling and beveling of the four holes is also accomplished in one run, which results in a greatly improved production efficiency.

TIG Welding Machine
The plunger of each solenoid valve is welded automatically by this CNC machine, which ensures the tensile strength and gas compatibility of our products strictly comply with related test standards. We use 4 numerically-controlled automatic TIG welding machines to further improve the quality of all welds.

Fully Automatic CNC Laser Cutting Machine
The membrane is automatically cut by our computer-controlled laser cutting machine. This results in a high efficiency and considerable material savings.
Seen here is the laser cutting of the rubber membrane. This machine can be programmed to perform automatic cutting. It features higher precision and less material consumption when compared with traditional cutting equipment.
Air Tightness Testing
Our staff is testing the large valve to see if its air tightness can meet the industry related standard at a pressure of 2MPa.
The air tightness of the medium-sized valve is tested on this platform.
Semi-finished Product Warehouse
Every one of the semi-finished valves must be registered and stored in this warehouse.
The warehouse contains millions of a diverse range of valve bodies, so you are never left waiting for a backordered product.
